Influence of the designation of punishment on the relapse of the minor criminals

Abstract

The contemporary state of the criminality of minor at Russia is evaluated not unambiguously. In recent years criminal statistics shows reduction in the number of registered crimes that is caused the positive estimation to its state. However, criminal and judicial statistics, including in the Primorskiy Kray, on the contrary, show a notable increase in the number of committed crime and condemned minor, previously assigned to the penal responsibility, that were being located in the places of the deprivation of freedom either in the special educational institutions or the had previously judged relatives and located under the effect of the adult criminals.
